5 Soulful Practices to Start Today:

  1. Reclaim Your Voice with Sound
    Sit quietly with a hand on your heart. Breathe deep. As you exhale, let a sound come: a hum, sigh, or word. Keep going for five minutes. Let whatever’s been stuck… move.

  2. Ground Into Your Body
    Stand barefoot. Inhale slowly, exhale deeply. Imagine roots growing from your feet into the earth. Say silently or out loud: “I trust the wisdom of my body.” Stay here for 3 minutes.

  3. Engage in Calming Breathwork
    Inhale through your nose for 4 counts. Exhale softly through your mouth for 6. Hold for 2. Repeat for 5–7 rounds. Let yourself soften.

  4. Release Old Stories From Your Body
    Bring up a belief that dimmed your power. Where do you feel it in your body? Gently place your hand there. Breathe. Shake. Sway. Whisper: “I shed this layer with tenderness and step into my light.”
